How does the pricing work?
Airflow uses a simple layered model. You choose an Organisation Plan (controls features, seats, and property limits) plus a Property Credit Plan for each property (controls how many booking emails are processed per month). Your total is the sum of both.
What counts as an email credit?
Each forwarded booking email that Airflow processes uses one credit. This includes Airbnb confirmations, direct booking emails, and review forwarding. Settings updates and info requests are free.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Airflow never drops your emails. If your monthly credits run out, processing continues using your Org Credits (non-expiring pool) or at the overage rate. You'll never miss a booking.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. The Trial plan gives you one property with 5 email credits per month at just $1/property. The Org Plan itself is free. No credit card required to start.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your Org Plan or Property Credit Plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
