Getting Started with Airflow: A Complete Guide

What you’ll need

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• An email address for your Airflow account
• Login credentials for at least one platform you’d like to connect (Airbnb, Booking.com, Xero, etc.)
• About 5 minutes of uninterrupted time

Step 1: Create your account

Head to our Get Started page and enter your email. You’ll be redirected to create your Airflow account — no credit card required.

Step 2: Connect your first platform

Once you’re in, the onboarding wizard will guide you through connecting your first platform. We recommend starting with your primary booking platform (like Airbnb) — this gives you the most immediate value.

Step 3: Explore your dashboard

With your first platform connected, your dashboard will start populating with real data. Take a few minutes to explore:

• Bookings — upcoming check-ins and check-outs
• Messages — guest communications in one inbox
• Tasks — automated to-dos generated from your calendar
• Finances — revenue and payout tracking
